People always wonder where we got our company's extravagant name from. Well, we wanted the name to start with two Ds. After countless boring or inappropriate name ideas, we finally found the memorable combination of Dancing Donkey! Trying to make a stubborn donkey dance is far from easy, but we are always ready to take on the challenge!
Then, in the summer of 2019 while filming The Colours of Love, we were in Kenya with William Hagen. Coincidentally we spent one weekend on the most magical island of Lamu, which is home to over 3000 donkeys! Since William is a graphic designer, he was kind enough to create our logo! And that was the birth of our dancing donkey 🕺🏽!
